!Washington D.C. census 1850 states: Margaret, 39 years, born D.C. D.C. census 1880 states: Margaret, wife of head od house, 67 years, occupation, keeping house; place of birth, MD; Place of birth of father, MD,; place of birth of mother, MD; She and John are living with their daughter Alice, and her family the Kennedys. By the 1900DC census Margaret Crown is no longer living with the Kennedys. John's death cert says he is married, so she died after 1883, but before 1900.
!The wedding date of june 14 came from "MD Genealogical Bulletin" summer 1996, vol 37, no 3. artical "The decendants of JosephCrown (1710-1800) of Charles and Montgomery County, Maryland" by Gwen Boyer Bjorkman.
!The church records for Holy Trinity Catholic Church says June 9, 1833, in the presents of John Harry and Mary Harry, Father M. Lucas.

! Diary: Doc Edwin ALLEN. Vol. III, page 101 Edwin explains how he met John. John's place of birth, his parents places of birth. Father was born in France, and his mother was born in Montgomery Co. Maryland. Cause of death Albuminuria(?). Aged 75 years 6 months 29 days. Same page says he lived in DC for 13 years. And it gives correct death date. Used this information to come up with birthdate. same info on death cert. except it say he was 75 years, 5months and 29 days. cause of death Dirrhoria death cert says, married, occupation, market master.
