Also says "There was recorded in Charles County in 1744 a deed from Ann Fernly, widow, to her son, Thomas Fectrer, and to her daughter, Mary Crown, for "Naturall affection, and Motherly Love" all of her personal property. They were to be put in possionof her property at the time of her death.
